Do you do home visits?
Only in certain circumstances. Please contact to discuss.
Is there parking?
Yes unrestricted parking on the street outside.
Do you have an age restriction?
You need to be 16 for an unaccompanied treatment. In some circumstances, I will treat under 16 year olds, but a parent/guardian will have to complete the Consultation Form, on the client's behalf and remain in the room, during the treatment. Please contact to discuss further.
What if I arrive late for my appointment?
Wherever possible, I will try to accommodate your circumstances and still give you the full treatment time. However, on the occasions that this is just not possible, your treatment will last for the remainder of the time available but you will still be charged the full amount.
How long do I need to allow for a treatment?
The time stated on the Treatment List, is the length of time your treatment will actually last for. You will therefore need to allow extra time for completing a Consultation Form (if it's your 1st visit), getting changed before and then after your treatment. On average this usually takes an additional 15 minutes in total.
I feel unwell, should I still come to my appointment?
It's not advisable to go ahead with your treatment, if you're suffering with a cold or flu virus. Massage encourages blood flow, so if your body is trying to fight an infection or virus, encouraging it travel around your body, is not a good idea. Other illness/ailments are best discussed prior to your appointment to avoid disappointed, so please contact for further details, as and when.
Will I need to complete a Consultation Form?
Yes. The information is needed to assess whether it is safe and advisable to proceed with the treatment.
Do you accept card payments?
No, not at this stage. Cash or direct bank transfer
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you are no longer able to attend. A missed appointment has a time and financial cost, in addition to the missed opportunity for another client wanting to take the appointment space.
What if I have a nut allergy?
Please advise me prior to attending your appointment, so that an alternative oil can be identified. Please note however, that the treatment room, is not a completely nut-free area.
Can I extend the date on my Gift Voucher?
As long as you contact me before your Gift Voucher expires, yes, you will be able to extend the date by a short period.
